SHIPPING COSTS

All products are shipped directly to you from Michelle Robinson Medium business address, located in Brisbane Australia.

Michelle can ship to anywhere in Australia for a $10.95 flat rate per order for NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT, unless the product or service states that shipping is included in the 

FREE SHIPPING is offered for orders totalling $150 or more.

PRODUCTION TIMES FOR NORMAL TRADING PERIODS

Michelle will supply most products, packed and dispatched within 1-3 days of the order being placed. The dispatch of Intuitive Artwork will be 1-3 days after the booked session to provide the service.

PRODUCTION TIMES FOR PEAK CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR TRADING PERIODS

There may be delays during peak holiday periods, due to reduced trading hours of the shipping company and an increase in the use of these services.

SHIPPING TIMES FOR NORMAL TRADING PERIODS

Local orders around Sydney and surrounding areas can take approx. 1-3 business days for shipping. More distant states and locations such as WA, NT, TAS & SA may take up to 10-14 business days for shipping.

Please note that shipping times are an estimate only and can be subject to delays during peak periods, which are outside our control.

Please allow additional shipping time during peak seasonal periods such as Christmas.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped. A tracking number will also be provided to follow your delivery. It is recommended that you review this regularly for updates.

Although Michelle Robinson Medium works hard to meet delivery estimates, there may be times when an order may be delayed, due to reasons out of our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, then please allow a few more days before contacting Michelle.

Michelle Robinson Medium will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Please contact Michelle if express post is required and the cost will be invoiced to you for payment prior to shipping.

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

Please contact Michelle if shipping to New Zealand is required Shipping costs will be invoiced and the product shipped once the invoice has been paid in full.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
