Terms & Conditions - What You Need to Know

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our online mediumship and psychic services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Our services include mediumship consultations, intuitive healing readings, and related intuitive guidance as well as intuitive mentorship conducted via video. These services are intended for entertainment and personal insight only.

3. Limitations of Services

All services provided are based on the intuitive insight of Michelle. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.
Our services should not be considered a substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, or financial advice. Michelle recommends consulting with appropriate professionals for these matters.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking a session and to conduct yourself respectfully during consultations.
You acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Sessions are non-refundable once they have begun.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the session fee.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information shared during sessions will be kept private and not disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Liability Limitations

Michelle does not accept any responsibility for decisions made based on the information or advice provided during the readings.
Our services are provided "as is," and Michelle disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality and accuracy of the services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methodologies used in our services are the property of Michelle Robinson Medium, and unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Artwork Sales – Copyright & Usage Terms

By purchasing an artwork from Michelle Robinson Medium, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Ownership of Artwork – Upon purchase, you receive ownership of the physical artwork (original or print). However, this does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Copyright Retention – Michelle Robinson retains full copyright and intellectual property rights of all artworks, including originals and prints.
Usage Restrictions – Buyers may display, gift, or resell the purchased artwork but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Commercial Use – The artwork may not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to merchandise, branding, or promotional materials, without a separate licensing agreement.
Artist’s Rights – Michelle Robinson reserves the right to create and sell prints, use images of the artwork for promotional purposes, and license the artwork for reproduction.
Customization & Commissioned Works – For commissioned artworks, copyright remains with the artist unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided will be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with the Australian laws.

11. Changes to Terms

Michelle reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
