By accessing, booking, purchasing, or participating in any services, sessions, memberships, courses, digital products, events, or offerings provided by Michelle Robinson Medium, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using these services or purchasing any offerings.

1. Service Description

Services offered by Michelle Robinson may include, but are not limited to:

• Intuitive readings

• Mediumship sessions

• Energy work and activations

• Spiritual mentoring and intuitive mentorship

• Guided meditations

• Online masterclasses and workshops

• Membership programs

• Intuitive development training

• Digital courses and downloadable content

• Channeled guidance

• Intuitive artwork

• Group circles and live online events

Services are provided online unless otherwise stated and are intended for spiritual exploration, self-awareness, personal development, education, and entertainment purposes only.

2. Limitations of Services

All services and guidance provided are based on Michelle’s intuitive interpretation, spiritual perspective, energetic awareness, and personal experience.

Experiences and outcomes vary between individuals, and no guarantees are made regarding:

• Accuracy

• Healing

• Personal transformation

• Spiritual experiences

• Business or financial outcomes

• Relationships

• Future events

• Intuitive development

Services should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate qualified professionals regarding such matters where required.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when booking services

• Conduct themselves respectfully during all sessions and interactions

• Take personal responsibility for their own decisions, wellbeing, interpretations, and actions

• Ensure they have appropriate internet and technology access for online sessions

By participating in services, clients confirm they are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where applicable.

4. Bookings & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated.

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

All pricing is listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Prior to a Session)

Clients may cancel their appointment and receive a full refund, less any third-party transaction or processing fees, provided that more than 48 hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled session time.

Cancellations made between 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled session time are non-refundable. A one-time reschedule may be offered at Michelle’s discretion.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time are non-refundable and non-transferable, as the appointment time cannot reasonably be filled.

6. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their appointment once without penalty, provided that at least 24 hours’ notice is given (excluding Online Intuitive Circles).

Requests to reschedule a second time, or failure to provide the required notice, will result in the session being forfeited.

Online Intuitive Circles and group-based sessions are not eligible for rescheduling unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Missed Sessions

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, refunds are not issued for missed appointments.

At Michelle’s discretion, a brief recap or follow-up notes may be provided where appropriate, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the session.

8. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

Sessions are conducted online and commence at the scheduled start time.

If a client has not joined the session within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered a no-show and will be forfeited without refund or reschedule.

This policy ensures fairness to all clients and respects the practitioner’s time and energetic preparation.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please make contact before or within the first 10 minutes of your session time. Where possible, reasonable discretion may be applied.

9. Refunds Once a Session Has Commenced

Once a session has commenced, no refunds are provided, including where a client chooses to end the session early or feels dissatisfied with the information received.

Intuitive sessions may present information that is unexpected or challenging. Discomfort with, or disagreement about, the content of a reading does not constitute grounds for a refund.

In rare circumstances where a session is significantly shortened, a partial refund may be offered at Michelle’s sole discretion, less any transaction or processing fees.

10. Membership Terms

Memberships operate on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated.

Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account or subscription settings. Cancellation stops future billing only.

No refunds or partial refunds are provided for:

• Change of mind

• Unused membership time

• Missed live sessions

• Failure to cancel before renewal

• Technical issues on the member’s side

Membership content may include:

• Live sessions

• Guided meditations

• Intuitive circles

• Activations

• Channeled guidance

• Q&A sessions

• Recorded content

• Community discussions and downloadable resources

Content availability, recordings, facilitators, and offerings remain at Michelle’s discretion and may change over time.

11. Digital Products, Courses & Downloadable Content

Digital offerings may include:

• Online courses

• Recorded masterclasses

• Guided meditations

• Energy activations

• Q&A recordings

• Downloadable PDFs and worksheets

• Video and audio content

• Spiritual development resources

Due to the digital nature of these products and immediate access to intellectual property:

All digital product and course sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits are provided for:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Lack of participation or completion

• Failure to download or access materials

• Technical issues outside Michelle’s control

Course and plan access is provided for the access period stated at purchase and may not include lifetime access unless specifically advertised.

12. Zoom Masterclasses, Workshops & Online Events

Bookings for live online events, masterclasses, intuitive circles, workshops, and activations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Participants are responsible for:

• Ensuring correct email details are provided

• Accessing Zoom successfully

• Arriving on time

• Maintaining a stable internet connection

Some events may be recorded, and replay access may be provided at Michelle’s discretion.

Sharing Zoom links, replay access, or event materials is strictly prohibited.

13. Artwork & Commissioned Pieces

There are no refunds on commissioned or Intuitive Artwork once within 24 hours of the booked session time allocated for Michelle to complete the artwork.

Refunds are not provided where commissioned or Intuitive Artwork does not meet client expectations. These works are created under creative and intuitive licence and are personalised for each individual.

If there are concerns regarding the received artwork, clients are encouraged to contact Michelle promptly to discuss the matter.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, teachings, recordings, meditations, activations, courses, artwork, methodologies, frameworks, branding, downloads, videos, audio files, written content, and resources provided by Michelle Robinson and/or [Your Business Name] remain the intellectual property of Michelle Robinson unless otherwise stated.

This includes content shared through:

• Readings and sessions

• Memberships

• Courses and workshops

• Zoom masterclasses

• Social media

• Website materials

• Digital downloads

• Recorded content

• Community groups

Content may not be:

• Copied

• Reproduced

• Shared

• Distributed

• Republished

• Uploaded

• Commercially used

• Taught or resold

without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in revoked access to services or legal action where applicable.

15. Community Conduct

Clients, members, and participants are expected to engage respectfully within all sessions, memberships, online communities, and events.

Michelle reserves the right to remove or refuse access without refund where behaviour is deemed:

• Disruptive

• Harassing

• Abusive

• Inappropriate

• Discriminatory

• Harmful to the safety or wellbeing of others

16. Limitation of Liability

Michelle Robinson does not accept responsibility for decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from information, insights, or intuitive guidance provided during sessions, memberships, courses, digital products, events, or other offerings.

All services are provided based on intuitive interpretation, energetic insight, and spiritual perspective and are offered “as is” without warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding:

• Accuracy

• Completeness

• Suitability

• Reliability

• Availability

• Specific outcomes or results

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Michelle Robinson Medium disclaim liability for:

• Personal decisions made following a session or offering

• Emotional responses to intuitive information

• Perceived inaccuracies

• Technical interruptions or platform failures

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in services or products

Nothing within these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

 

17. Privacy & Confidentiality

Michelle Robinson respects your privacy and confidentiality.

Personal information collected during bookings, purchases, memberships, or communications may include:

• Name

• Email address

• Billing details

• Session information

• Voluntarily shared personal information

This information is used solely for:

• Delivering services and products

• Communication regarding bookings or purchases

• Customer support

• Relevant updates and offerings

Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for secure payment processing or service delivery.

While Michelle maintains confidentiality regarding client sessions, confidentiality may be legally limited where:

Clients and participants also agree to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of other participants within group settings, memberships, circles, and live events.

18. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

19. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Michelle Robinson reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be published on the website and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.​

20. Meditation, Energy Work & Wellness Disclaimer

Meditations, activations, energy work, and wellness-related content provided by Michelle Robinson are intended for educational, spiritual, relaxation, and personal development purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By participating in these offerings, clients acknowledge they do so voluntarily and accept personal responsibility for their wellbeing, experiences, choices, and outcomes.

Participants should discontinue any practice that causes physical or emotional discomfort and seek appropriate professional support where required.

Guided meditations and audio content must not be listened to while driving, operating machinery, or undertaking activities requiring full attention.

Individual experiences and outcomes vary, and no guarantees are made regarding specific results, healing, transformation, or wellbeing outcomes.
