Cancellation Policy

Service Descriptions Michelle's services include but are not limited to: Intuitive readings (e.g., medium, intuitive healing, psychic readings) Intuitive mentoring sessions excl Intuitive Circle Spiritual coaching and guidance Art services excl Workshops Clients may cancel their appointment with a full refund if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointments once without penalty if they provide at least 24 hours' notice. If clients need to reschedule a second time or fail to provide proper notice, the session will be considered forfeited. If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a "no-show," and no refund will be issued. The session fee will be forfeited. To request a refund, clients must contact Michelle via email within 24 hours of the scheduled session. Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days after approval. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. There is no refund on a commissioned or Intuitive Artwork, within 24hrs of the booked session time for Michelles to complete the Artwork. There is no refund if the received commissioned or Intuitive Artwork fails to meet the expectation of the client. These are subject to creative license due to being personalised works created for each individual. Please contact Michelle if there are any issues with the received product. Exceptions If a session is deemed unsatisfactory due to the conduct or service of Michelle (e.g., technical issues, misconduct), clients may be eligible for a full or partial refund. This must be brought to Michelle's attention within 24 hours after the session.
